Once we got the documents provided we will start to make a rough estimate. Anything that's not specified will be cleared out in another stage. We will call again to arrange a meeting on site.
At this stage will go through any unforeseen works or additional works requested by the client during the site visit.The final estimate will be provided at this stage.
After all the costs have been agreed contract of work will be send over and now we are on the way on building your dream home.
